This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the ocs8my platform. All members are required to read and understand every provision before registering an account or using any of the services provided.

- Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
- Estimated withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes once verification is complete.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ocs8my account holder. ocs8my reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request deemed unusual.
Bonus Policy and Wagering Requirements
All promotional offers made by ocs8my — including the welcome bonus, cashback bonus, and other special promotions — are subject to wagering requirements set out separately for each offer.
The ocs8my welcome bonus provides a 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received before winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Only one welcome bonus is allowed per account, identity card number, phone number, or IP address.
- ocs8my reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through dishonest means or in breach of the terms.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period set for each promotion.

Game and Betting Rules
All games available on the ocs8my platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set for each game type. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.

Account Closure and Suspension
Members may close their account at any time by contacting the ocs8my customer support team via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
ocs8my also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
